Father
You have made us to be:
living stones built into a spiritual house
a holy priesthood offering true sacrifices
a people belonging to you.
May we not stumble, nor disobey
But rather remember that we belong to you.
May we put away malice, deceit, hypocrisy, envy and slander,
May we live as a people who have received mercy,
Refraining from the passions of the flesh,
Keeping our conduct honourable.
May we proclaim your excellencies,
And Christ’s glory,
So that the world may glorify you.
